Children's yoga and street dance is about Mind, Body & Fun!
Kidoga was incorporated in 2008 by Kerry Samuel. Kerry has been practising yoga and street dance since a very young age and remembers how exciting the experience was. Kerry comes from a very successful IT Marketing and Business Development background and has set up Kidoga so she can inspire young children to have fun and keep fit while practising kids yoga and street dance. Kerry took her children's yoga teacher qualification from Calm for Kids in 2008. Kidoga wants to offer a quality and dependable service for parents and schools all over the UK and is in the process of recruiting the best teachers with experience in yoga and street dance in Reading, Caversham and Ladbroke Grove in London.
Children today are under a tremendous amount of pressure from school, their environment, peer pressure and expectations from the media. Stress affects the way children learn and interact with their surroundings. It affects their health, well-being and confidence. Our kids yoga and street dance classes in Reading, Caversham and Ladbroke Grove in London create the ultimate learning adventure while helping youth de-stress and relax. Kids Yoga has been known to help with many medical conditions such as asthma, insomnia, digestive problems, ADD and learning disabilities to name a few. Kidoga is introducing a brand new concept where we will start offering Street dance Yoga for children aged 8 and above to make the sessions more fun and exciting. Street dancing is an informal and often improvised way of excercising where it gives participants the chance to be creative and add their own moves and encourages them to listen to the beats and the rythm of the music. Street Dance can compliment a Kids yoga session for children, improving their concentration, spatial awareness and mental self-confidence. Kidoga wants to offer a quality and dependable service for parents all over the UK aims to expand its kids yoga and street dance classes in Reading, Caversham and Ladbroke Grove in London by the end of 2009. We would like you to join Kidoga in building a healthier generation that we can be proud of! |
